Oriental Lemon Chicken Wings
Crispy oriental-style chicken wings marinated in fragrant spices, coated in a sticky sweet and zesty lemon glaze, and finished with fresh herbs and lemon zest for a bold and vibrant flavour.

1kg Chicken Wings
150g Cornflour
Wing Marinade:
100g Major Oriental Mari Base
10g Major Chicken Stock Powder
Lemon Glaze:
30g Honey
45g Lemon Juice
20g Major Oriental Mari Base
Garnish:
Lemon Zest – as required
Chives & Parsley– as required
METHOD
Marinade the wings in the marinade for 2 hours.
Toss the chicken in cornflour and place the chicken on a wire rack and drizzle with oil and cook at 185°C for 20 minutes.
Mix the glaze ingredients together, tip with wings onto a tray and toss into the glaze place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Bowl up and Garnish with lemon zest and herbs.
